Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Shopify Expert application (the "Service") operated by Shopify Expert ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using the Shopify Expert app from the Shopify App Store, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Shopify Expert provides real-time profit analysis for Shopify merchants. The Service automates the calculation of net profit by aggregating data from Shopify (orders, products) and third-party advertising platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok). While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all calculations will be 100% error-free due to potential data discrepancies from third-party APIs.

3. Accounts and Subscription

To use our Service, you must have a valid Shopify store. The Service is billed on a recurring subscription basis through Shopify's billing system. You may be charged in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle").

• Free Trial: We may offer a free trial period. You will not be charged until the free trial expires.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time by uninstalling the App from your Shopify store. The cancellation will take effect immediately, and you will not be charged for the next billing cycle.

4. Data Usage and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as detailed in our Privacy Policy. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

5. Third-Party Services

Our Service may contain links to or integrations with third-party web sites or services (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads) that are not owned or controlled by Shopify Expert.

We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Shopify Expert shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Shopify Expert and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Shopify Expert, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
